Refund policy
At Midnight Brew Co., every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size selection — please review the size guides carefully before purchasing.
**When we will make it right:**
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong product, we've got you. Contact us at hello@midnightbrewco.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We'll send you a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. No need to return the item.
**Lost or stuck packages:**
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, reach out and we'll investigate with our fulfillment partner. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll reship or refund at no extra cost to you.
**What we can't cover:**
- Orders with an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- Delays due to customs (international orders)
